After 20 years as a physical education teacher, I decided to go into real estate. My interest in real estate grew out of my personal investments in income properties. Since 2012, I’ve built a solid business and an extensive network of contacts. In 2017, I founded Équipe Mathieu Dussault inc. with my partner Maude Lacroix. Together, we ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and secure experience in the purchase or sale of their property.
MAUDE LACROIX

I began my real estate career as an administrative assistant for over 6 years before becoming a residential real estate broker. Alongside my husband, we have built a company renowned for its reliability and customer focus. Thanks to my 20 years’ experience in psycho-education, teaching and helping relationships, I’ve been able to develop the ability to grasp people’s personalities and accompany them while responding to their needs and concerns.
CÉDRIC GROULX
Residential and commercial real estate broker
Cédric has always been passionate about real estate, having grown up in a family of building contractors. After three years as a mobile mortgage specialist at TD Bank, he launched a successful catering restaurant, while investing in several properties and leading renovation projects. An entrepreneur at heart with a B.A. in Business Administration, he brings to the team his passion for finance, real estate and entrepreneurship.
SACHA LOUTFI
Residential real estate broker
My passion for real estate has developed slowly through my professional career. I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the HEC and my master’s degree from the University of Ottawa. After that, I spent about fifteen years in sales at L’Oréal Canada, but it was when I bought an old house with my brother, renovated it and sold it that I really got hooked on the real estate market. I quickly reoriented my career, took my entrepreneurial courses and embarked on several real estate ‘flip’ projects before deciding to get my real estate broker’s license. I look forward to sharing my experience in negotiation & finance as well as my expertise in construction.
